'BEAUX-ARTS' WORKSHOPS

The project consisted in rehabilitating a building in the safeguarded area of the Marais district. As one of the facades was classified in the Supplementary Inventory of Historical Monuments, the bias of the project was to rework on the facades and the joinery by using the original style, while creating a workshop on each floor in a contemporary way.
The ceiling of the last level, of high height, benefits from a "fractal" treatment which directs the natural light and diffuses it on the models of the workshop's drawing
