Our understanding of the site led us to a respectful integration, in continuity with the existing urban material.
We want a contemporary and vibrant architecture. It must also be respectful of its environment; An architecture that strives to highlight the riches of the neighborhood while creating urbanism.
The project is built on a continuous base to harmonize the street and bring a subtle plastic richness.
The buildings above are implemented so in order to follow the slope of the street and space out to avoid creating built facades.
This decomposed volumetry, on a domestic scale, allows a delicate insertion and clears out generous external spaces with multiple perspectives for all, occupants and neighbors.
Visual relations at the heart of this ancient homogeneous islet are thus preserved.
